I am a fast learner and hard worker on the subjects that I love. I believe that much more knowledge and skills are left out there to be picked, new things to be learned. I wish for a day where I learn a new thing which benefits all around me....

My higher secondary life went through a much tougher course as my college was a bit far out from my home. Notre Dame taught me to become hard on life and take any challenges. I attended the best group of students assembled there from our country and did much well amongst them. My foundation of studies I would say started there.

This was my playground and also a place that I would not forget because of the teachings from missionary teachers about life and education. From the time I left that school I knew I had to study abroad as I was much amazed by their standard and methodologies of Education. Its been the best journey of my life.
My work experience started in 2010 after I developed a Binary MLM (multi level marketing) website. Only then I got the interest to study and get the fun side of reading CSE.

I worked in this start up company as a team lead and then learned and mastered some skill which helped me later in my career. I worked on .NET platform mostly and Database Designing here. I had to learn the basic about UX designing here and started to develop project management skill.
On my brief part time experience on Vertex software ltd I had to develop a cold store management system for the comapany on .NET and MSSql Server. I learnt ORM and Linq which I had little knowledge as of my past encounter with .NET. I finished as the project was done in good terms with the company
I joined in November in Arobil lTD as a part time programmer and now doing full time there. The most joyous part of this job is not only the thing I get to learn but also the enviorment to develop as a person and a programmer is truly great. The company maybe smaller than the ones my friends are working for but it gives much freedom and oppurtunity to learn and grow. I am much happy for this one and will sit out any other job with better offer for the time being.
This is more my weekend part time job which intrigues me to research which I love much. Though this is a water resource and enviorment sub project but still they need some Artificial Intelligent and Simualtion works where computer engineers like me have inputs to give.
Right now I can work on any research project that will intrigue me like Phylogenic tree, Structure Prediction of Protein, Function Annotation, Peer CDN, Web RTC, New technology in web like web sockets in java etc....
I have done research on bioinformatics and discrete mathmetics each relying on much systems and theory. I am a bit more comfortable on the "Systems" end as I think but extreme conditions need measures! Also I beleive in good research not the count of papers or other stuff.

Actually this was my start in research in the field of Bioinformatics. I gained much interest and knowledge with this project over the time as it was interdisciplinary and much system oriented. Also got the best paper award for this.
"CoMOGrad and PHOG:From Computer Vision to Fast and Accurate Protein Tertiary Structure Retrieval" is published in Nature Scientific Reports. This is the next state of the art method in protein tertiary structure comparison.
Phylogenetic tree based on protein tertiary structure
I am working on creating a phylogenetic tree with the help of the distance function found on prior work with tertiary structure retrieval. It will need a graph like Big data storage on which I am using Neo4J.
